Months of Planning for the Perfect Event Signage Installation
Every event signage installation requires precision, planning and teamwork — especially when you're dealing with multiple Melbourne venues, laneways, and public spaces. From the early stages, our account manager Dan Butler worked closely with the Rising Festival production team to coordinate every aspect of the print production, delivery and bump-in process.
Whether it was oversized banners, large format printing for events, or complex bump-in and event fit-out schedules, Dan kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The result? Dozens of stunning installations delivered on time and looking flawless.
Custom Event Graphics Installed Across Melbourne
The vinyl banners, stretch fabric displays, window decals and floor graphics were designed not only to wow festival visitors but to withstand Melbourne’s unpredictable winter weather.

Coordinating the Bump-In Process
Managing a complex festival bump-in process means working around tight venue access windows, coordinating installers, scaffolders, electricians and site supervisors — all while keeping the schedule on track.
Thanks to Dan’s coordination and the Evan Evans production team's expertise, multiple installations were completed across Melbourne CBD, including key laneways, shopping arcades, and major festival zones.
