How we reduce risk

Checks across the full signage workflow

Every job is different, but the goal is the same: confirm the important details early, produce with care and support the project through to completion.

01

Artwork & pre-press checks

We review supplied artwork for practical production requirements such as size, resolution, bleed, safe areas and suitability for the chosen product. Customers can also review our artwork specifications before submitting files.

02

Material suitability

Our team can help recommend substrates, fabrics, finishes and display products based on indoor use, outdoor use, event conditions, budget and timing.

03

Production controls

Jobs are managed through production steps designed to support consistency, reduce avoidable errors and keep turnaround expectations clear.

04

Project communication

For multi-product or time-sensitive projects, we help coordinate details across artwork, production, delivery and installation requirements.

05

Risk & installation planning

For public-facing signage and installation work, we consider site access, handling, timing and safety requirements before the job reaches site.

06

After-sales support

If something needs checking after delivery or installation, our team can review the concern and advise the most practical next step.

FAQ

Quality assurance questions

Helpful answers for customers, trade partners and procurement teams planning signage or display projects.

Do you check artwork before printing?

Yes. Supplied artwork is reviewed for common production requirements such as size, bleed, resolution and general setup suitability. You can review our artwork specifications before submitting files.

Can you help choose the right material?

Yes. Material choice depends on where the signage will be used, how long it needs to last, whether it is indoor or outdoor, how it will be installed and the available budget. You can also browse our main signage range or speak with our team for project-specific advice.

Do you support Australian-made production?

Yes, wherever practical. The majority of our signage, flags, banners and display work is managed through our Coburg, Victoria facility, and we work with Australian suppliers and businesses to support reliable local production and quality outcomes.

Do you support installation planning?

For projects that require installation, our team can help consider site access, timing, handling and safety requirements. Some jobs may require additional information, approval or site-specific documentation.

Is this the same as a warranty?

No. Quality assurance explains the process we follow to help produce work accurately and consistently. Warranty terms, customer responsibilities and Australian Consumer Law guarantees are covered separately in our Terms of Service and any applicable product-specific warranty document.
