Cleaning and Maintenance

• Backlit Film and Fabric: Gently dust with a soft cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive materials to maintain their appearance.
• Self-Adhesive Vinyl: Clean with a soft cloth or sponge. In addition, avoid using solvents or harsh chemicals that could damage the material.

Storage

Store backlit signs in a cool, dry place. For example, roll fabric signs loosely and avoid creasing. Keep vinyl and film signs flat to prevent warping or bending. For Moulded Acrylic 3D Signs, store them securely in a protected environment to avoid scratches or damage.

Handling

Handle with care to avoid scratches or tears. When installing or removing, ensure the surface is clean and free from debris that could damage the material. Therefore, always check the surface beforehand.

Pickup (By Prior Arrangement Only):

Pickup is available from our Coburg North facility, however customers must call us first to confirm:

• production is complete, and
• the order is ready for collection.

We cannot accept walk-ins without prior notification.
