Trilobal 135gsm Flag Fabric

Our feather flags are produced using premium 135gsm Trilobal polyester fabric, specifically designed for flag printing. This material offers excellent colour vibrancy, durability, and outdoor performance.

Reinforced Construction

• Elastic Reinforcement: 12mm black elastic sewn along the edge for strength and flexibility.
• Hemmed Edges: All sides are professionally hemmed to prevent fraying and extend product lifespan.

Product Care Instructions

1. Cleaning
   • Hand Wash: Wash gently using mild soap and cold water.
   • Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle in cold water if required. Place the flag in a laundry bag.
   • Drying: Air dry only. Avoid tumble drying as heat may damage the fabric.
2. Storage
   • Store in a cool, dry location away from prolonged direct sunlight.
   • Roll the flag instead of folding to minimise creases.
3. Handling
   • Avoid sharp objects or rough surfaces.
   • Ensure the flag is properly secured to the pole and base during use.
4. Repairs
   • Small tears can be repaired with fabric adhesive or by a seamstress.
   • Heavily damaged flags should be replaced to maintain a professional appearance.

Production Time

Most printed orders are produced within 5–7 business days, depending on the product, quantity, artwork approval and current production schedule.

Express production may be available on request. Please contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline so we can confirm what is possible.

Shipping & Freight

Shipping is calculated at checkout where available and may vary depending on the delivery location, product size, order weight and courier requirements.

Some larger, bulky, oversized or custom products may require a manual freight quote, especially for regional, remote or multi-carton deliveries. If freight needs to be confirmed, our team will contact you before production or dispatch.

Courier Options

We ship Australia-wide using our trusted courier partners and have access to multiple courier accounts. If you would like to discuss a different courier option, use your own courier account, or organise your own freight collection, please contact us before placing your order.
