Turnaround Time:

We offer a 3-week turnaround (depending on the quantity) after approval and receipt of vector artwork, Pantone colours, and size of design.

We will provide a mock-up for approval before printing.

Product Care:

• Machine wash cold with like colours.

Most printed orders are produced within 5–7 business days, depending on product type and quantity.

Pickup (By Prior Arrangement Only):

Pickup is available from our Coburg North facility, however customers must call us first to confirm:

• production is complete, and
• the order is ready for collection.

We cannot accept walk-ins without prior notification.
