FlagTrax® Street Flag Display System – Ground-Level Banner Installation

The FlagTrax® Street Flag Display System is a patented solution that allows street flags and pole banners to be installed and changed safely from ground level — without cherry pickers, qualified technicians, or complex traffic management.

FlagTrax® can be fitted to new or existing poles, lampposts, light stands and walls, turning previously hard-to-access sites into usable display locations.

Installation Overview

The system can be mounted to poles, lampposts, walls or other suitable structures using screws, stainless steel banding, or purpose-made steel clamps. A horizontal support arm bracket is required (either existing or supplied as an option).

Aluminium Track System

The FlagTrax® vertical track is manufactured from high-grade powder-coated aluminium extrusion. It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and engineered to withstand wind loads and outdoor conditions.

PushPull™ Rod

The patented PushPull™ rod is produced from flexible, UV-stabilised plastic designed to resist sunlight degradation while maintaining structural integrity under normal operating conditions.

Flag Fabric

FlagTrax® banners are produced using premium lightweight trilobal polyester. This high-sheen fabric offers:

Care and Maintenance – FlagTrax® System

Proper care ensures maximum performance and extended lifespan of both the FlagTrax® system and associated flags.

Storage

Store flags in a cool, dry environment away from prolonged direct sunlight. The PushPull™ rod should be stored flat or secured within its track to prevent distortion.

Cleaning

Flags can be gently hand-washed using cold water and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach or abrasive cleaning products.

Wipe down the aluminium track and fittings periodically to remove dust, debris or environmental buildup.

Lubrication & Handling

Apply a light silicone spray to the PushPull™ rod if required to maintain smooth operation. Avoid petroleum-based lubricants, which may damage plastic components.

Always ensure flags are securely attached before raising or lowering.

Pickup is available from our Coburg North facility, however customers must call us first to confirm:

• production is complete, and
• the order is ready for collection.

We cannot accept walk-ins without prior notification.
