This flag is a powerful symbol of inclusion and the ongoing fight for equality, making it an essential emblem for Pride events and beyond.Available Finishes:

product-care
xFor lasting quality and vibrant colours of the flag, please follow these care guidelines:
- Cleaning:
- Gentle Washing: Always wash flags with a mild detergent to prevent fading. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that could damage the colours.
- Machine Wash: If machine washing is necessary, choose a gentle cycle with cold water. Place the flag in a mesh laundry bag to prevent snagging.
- Air Drying: Lay the flag flat or hang it to air dry. Avoid tumble drying, as high heat may shrink or damage the fabric.
- Storage:
- Proper Storage: Ensure the flag is fully dry before storing it. Keep the flag in a cool, dry, and safe location to avoid moisture damage.
- Folding the Pride Flag:
- Lay the flag flat, with the colours facing up.
- Fold the flag lengthwise into thirds, starting from the bottom.
- Fold the flag from top to bottom, ensuring the fabric remains smooth and even.
- Handling:
- Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep the flag away from sharp objects or rough surfaces that may cause snags or tears.
- Secure Installation: Ensure the flag is securely fastened when displayed, preventing any unnecessary strain on the fabric.
- Minimise Exposure: Bring the flag down during extreme weather or overnight to preserve its condition.
- Repairs:
- Minor Repairs: For small tears or fraying, take the flag to a professional seamstress for repair.
- Replacement: When the flag shows significant wear, consider purchasing a new one to maintain its appearance during important occasions.
Flying the Pride Flag:
- Ensure the flag is displayed with the chevron on the left for the correct orientation.
- Hang the flag high enough to avoid contact with the ground, ensuring it remains clean and undamaged.
- If displaying multiple flags, ensure the Progress Pride Flag is at the same height or higher than other flags.
By following these guidelines, your flag will retain its vibrant colours and remain in top condition for many years. Taking care of your flag is not just about preservation but also about honouring the pride and heritage it represents.
