How to Maintain Your Velcro Popup Fabric Spider Wall

Follow these care instructions to help protect the frame, preserve the printed fabric graphic and keep your display looking professional between events.

Storage Instructions

• Store the collapsed frame in its designated trolley bag or protective case when it is not in use.
• Make sure the frame and graphic are completely clean and dry before packing them away.
• For the best finish, remove the fabric graphic and store it loosely rolled or carefully folded along its existing fold lines.
• Avoid creating sharp folds through printed logos, text or prominent design elements where possible.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the packed frame or fabric graphic.
• Store the display in a clean, dry location away from moisture, excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Cleaning the Fabric Graphic

• Remove loose dust using a clean, soft cloth or a soft brush.
• Spot clean marks using cold water and a small amount of mild detergent.
• Blot the affected area gently rather than rubbing or scrubbing the printed surface.
• Allow the graphic to air dry completely before reattaching or storing it.
• Do not use bleach, solvents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products.
• Do not tumble dry, dry clean or apply direct high heat to the printed fabric.
• Do not machine wash unless specifically confirmed by Evan Evans for your supplied graphic material.

Cleaning the Frame

• Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust and marks from the aluminium frame.
• Dry the frame thoroughly before collapsing and returning it to its transport bag or case.
• Keep the frame joints and Velcro attachment areas free from dust, lint and debris.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners that may scratch or damage the frame.

Setup & Handling

• Place the frame on a level surface before expanding it.
• Expand the frame evenly and make sure it is fully opened and secured before attaching the graphic.
• Position the graphic carefully, beginning at the upper corners and working evenly across the frame.
• Smooth the graphic progressively to reduce wrinkles and help maintain consistent tension.
• Do not excessively stretch, pull or force the fabric while attaching it to the Velcro.
• When removing the graphic, peel it away gradually rather than pulling sharply from one point.
• Handle the frame carefully to prevent bending, twisting or damaging its joints.

Recommended Use

• This display is primarily intended for indoor exhibitions, events, retail spaces and corporate environments.
• Keep the display away from open flames, heaters and other direct heat sources.
• Do not use the display in strong wind, rain or exposed outdoor conditions unless suitable protection and secure installation have been arranged.
