Maximum In-House Width Guide

As a guide, our in-house vinyl production can handle up to approximately 1420mm wide for hemmed banners and up to approximately 1500mm wide for unhemmed banners. Longer lengths may be possible depending on the application, artwork and finishing requirements.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your vinyl banner, clean it gently with a soft cloth, mild detergent and cold water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, harsh chemicals and high-pressure hoses, as these may damage the print or material.

Storage Instructions

When not in use, store your banner rolled rather than folded. Keep it in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight to help prevent creasing, fading and surface damage.

Installation Care

When installing your banner, make sure it is secured evenly and not placed under excessive tension. For banners with eyelets, use appropriate fixings across multiple points rather than pulling too tightly from only one or two corners.

Outdoor Display Advice

Remove banners during severe weather or high-wind conditions where possible. Wind slits may help reduce wind resistance in selected applications, but they do not make a banner windproof or remove the need for safe installation.

Outdoor Use

Vinyl banners are suitable for outdoor display, but the best finishing option depends on where and how the banner will be installed. For exposed areas, large banners, windy locations or long-term outdoor use, we recommend contacting our team for advice before ordering.

Wind slits may help reduce wind resistance in selected applications, but they do not make a banner windproof. For high-wind or permanent outdoor installations, ask our team about mesh vinyl, specialist finishing or custom installation options.

Finishing Notes

Our standard online hemmed finishes are based on top and bottom hemming, as the side edges are clean-cut and do not require hemming. If your installation requires a different finish, custom fixing method or specialist edge treatment, please request a custom quote.

Production Time

Most printed orders are produced within 5–7 business days, depending on the product, quantity, artwork approval and current production schedule.

Express Production

Express production may be available on request. Please contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline so we can confirm what is possible.

Shipping & Freight

Shipping is calculated at checkout where available and may vary depending on the delivery location, product size, order weight and courier requirements.

Some larger, bulky, oversized or custom products may require a manual freight quote, especially for regional, remote or multi-carton deliveries. If freight needs to be confirmed, our team will contact you before production or dispatch.

Courier Options

We ship Australia-wide using our trusted courier partners and have access to multiple courier accounts. If you would like to discuss a different courier option, use your own courier account, or organise your own freight collection, please contact us before placing your order.

Pickup

Pickup may be available from our Coburg North facility by prior arrangement only. Please call us first to confirm your order is complete and ready for collection.
