FABframe™ Product Care:

1. Cleaning:
   • Fabric: Gently hand wash with mild soap and cold water or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry flat or hang up; avoid using a tumble dryer.
   • Frames: Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners.
2. Storage:
   • Fabric: Store in a cool, dry place, folded neatly or rolled to avoid creases.
   • Frames: Disassemble and store in a protective bag or box to prevent scratches and dents.
3. Handling:
   • Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep away from sharp objects and surfaces to prevent snags and tears.
   • Secure Installation: Ensure frames are securely assembled and installed to prevent damage from environmental factors.

Production Time:

Most printed orders are produced within 5–7 business days, depending on product type and quantity.

We ship Australia-wide via our trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:

• VIC: 1–2 business days
• NSW / SA / QLD: 2–5 business days
• WA / NT / TAS: 3–7 business days

Pickup (By Prior Arrangement Only):

Pickup is available from our Coburg North facility, however customers must call us first to confirm:

• production is complete, and
• the order is ready for collection.

We cannot accept walk-ins without prior notification.
