1. Cleaning:

   • Machine Washing: If you choose to machine wash, place the flag in a mesh laundry bag and select a gentle cycle with cold water to prevent any damage.
   • Drying: Lay the flag flat or hang it up to air dry. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as high temperatures can cause shrinkage or harm the material.
2. Storage:
   • Proper Storage: Make sure the flag is thoroughly dry before storing to prevent mould or mildew. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
3. Folding the Greece Flag:
   • Preparation: Begin by placing the flag flat on a clean, smooth surface, making sure it is entirely dry and free from dirt or debris.
   • Initial Fold: Fold the flag in half lengthwise, bringing the bottom edge over the top edge, ensuring that the edges align perfectly.
   • Second Fold: Fold the flag in half lengthwise once more, keeping the blue and white sections aligned. This will result in a long, narrow strip.
   • Creating Triangles: Starting from the hoist end (the end with the loop or sleeve), fold the flag diagonally to form a triangle, making sure the blue field is on the outside.
   • Continue Folding: Proceed to fold the triangle over itself, creating successive triangular shapes down the length of the flag until you reach the end. Each fold should neatly tuck into the previous one.
