1. Cleaning:

   • Machine Wash: If machine washing is necessary, place the flag inside a mesh laundry bag and select a gentle cycle with cold water to minimise wear.
   • Drying: Air-dry the flag by laying it flat or hanging it up. Do not use a tumble dryer as high temperatures may damage or shrink the fabric.
2. Storage:
   • Proper Storage: Ensure the flag is thoroughly dry before storing it to avoid mould or mildew. Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
3. Folding the Moldova Flag:
   • Begin by laying the flag flat on a clean, smooth surface with the design facing upwards.
   • Fold the flag lengthwise, bringing the right edge over to meet the left edge, ensuring the coat of arms is tucked inside.
   • Take the bottom edge and fold it upwards towards the top, creating a neat fold with aligned edges.
   • Fold the flag again along the same axis, ensuring the coat of arms is centred and visible as you continue folding.
   • To achieve a compact fold, continue folding the flag in thirds until it is small and neatly arranged.
