To help maintain the quality and colour of your Bahamas flag, follow these care guidelines.

- Folding the Bahamas Flag
- Lay the flag flat on a clean, dry surface with the black triangle on the left.
- Fold the flag in half lengthwise, aligning the top and bottom edges.
- Fold it in half lengthwise again, keeping the edges neat.
- Starting from the end opposite the black triangle, make even diagonal folds to create triangular sections.
- Continue folding until you reach the end of the flag.
- Tuck any excess fabric into the folds to create a neat, compact shape.
- Handling
- Protect from sharp objects: Keep the flag away from sharp edges or rough surfaces that may cause snags, tears or abrasions.
- Secure installation: Ensure the flag is securely hoisted and able to fly freely.

Flying the Bahamas Flag

- Displaying the flag: Display the flag clearly and respectfully, with the black triangle positioned to the left of observers when displayed horizontally.
