- Continue folding until the entire flag is neatly folded.
- Tuck the final fold securely into place.

- Vertical Sleeve: Insert the pole fully through the sleeve and ensure the flag is displayed neatly before raising.

- Position the blue stripe at the top when displayed horizontally.

Flying at Half-Mast
- Raise the flag to the top of the pole before lowering it to the half-mast position.
- When returning to full display, raise the flag to the top before lowering it completely.
