2. Storage:
   • Proper Storage: Ensure the flag is completely dry before storing. Keep it in a cool, dry area to prevent moisture-related damage.
3. Folding the Kosovo Flag:
   • Begin by Laying Flat: Spread the Kosovo flag on a clean, flat surface, smoothing out any creases or wrinkles for a neat fold.
   • First Lengthwise Fold: Fold the flag lengthwise, bringing the top edge down to meet the bottom edge, aligning carefully to ensure an even fold.
   • Second Lengthwise Fold: Fold it lengthwise once more, creating a long, narrow shape with the flag’s edges aligned precisely.
   • Start the Triangular Folds: Beginning from the flag’s end (away from the flagpole edge), fold one corner over to form a triangle.
   • Continue the Triangle Pattern: Repeat triangular folds, moving down the length of the flag, each fold creating another triangle while keeping the edges aligned.
   • Secure the Final Fold: When you reach the end, tuck any remaining fabric neatly into the final fold, ensuring the flag is compact and secure.
4. Handling:
   • Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep the flag away from sharp objects or rough surfaces to avoid snags and tears.
   • Secure Installation: Make sure the flag is securely attached when displayed, reducing strain on the fabric.
   • Minimise Exposure: To preserve its quality, take the flag down during extreme weather or overnight.
5. Repairs:

Flying the Kosovo Flag:

• Raising the Flag
  • Using the Header with Loops: Attach the loops to the flagpole clips or hooks, ensuring they are fastened tightly. Check that the flag is pulled taut to prevent sagging when raised.
  • Using the Vertical Sleeve: Slide the flagpole through the sleeve until the flag is fully in place. Make sure the sleeve fits snugly around the pole, securing it at the top if necessary to prevent slippage.
  • Raise the Kosovo flag briskly to full height on the flagpole, displaying it proudly. This swift, confident raising represents respect and honour.
  • Ensure the flag is attached securely to avoid it slipping or becoming detached during windy conditions.
• Displaying the Flag
