Flying the Nepal Flag
- Raising the flag: Attach the Header with Loops to a flagpole or rope using sister clips, or slide the Vertical Sleeve over a suitable pole.
- Displaying the flag: Display the Nepal flag upright, with the upper triangle positioned above the lower triangle and the sun and moon symbols visible.
- Half-mast display: In times of mourning or remembrance, raise the flag to the top of the pole first, then lower it to the half-mast position.
- Sunrise and sunset: Raise the flag respectfully at sunrise and lower it at sunset unless it is properly illuminated overnight.
- Weather conditions: Avoid flying the flag in extreme weather such as heavy rain, strong winds or storms.
