   • Machine Wash: If machine washing is necessary, select a gentle cycle with cold water. Place the flag in a mesh laundry bag to protect it from snagging.
   • Air Drying: Lay the flag flat or hang it to air dry. Avoid tumble drying, as high heat can shrink or damage the fabric.
2. Storage:
   • Proper Storage: Ensure the flag is completely dry before storing it. Keep it in a cool, dry, and safe location to prevent moisture damage or mould.
3. Folding the Saint Lucia Flag:
   • Begin by laying the flag flat on a clean surface with the design facing upward.
   • Fold the flag lengthwise in half, ensuring the black and white triangle is aligned neatly and remains visible.
   • Fold it lengthwise again, bringing the edges together carefully to maintain straight and even folds.
   • Starting from the opposite end of the black and white triangle, make the first fold into a small triangle by bringing one corner to the opposite edge.
   • Continue folding the flag into triangular shapes, ensuring each fold is tight and aligned to preserve the flag's neatness.
   • Once the flag is completely folded, tuck any excess fabric into the final fold to secure it.
4. Handling:
   • Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep the flag away from sharp or abrasive surfaces to prevent snags or tears.
   • Secure Installation: Ensure the flag is firmly attached when displayed to avoid unnecessary strain on the fabric.
