Header with Loops vs. Vertical Sleeve

- Proper Storage: Make sure the flag is completely dry before packing it away. Store it in a cool, dry place to protect it from moisture and mould.

Folding the Vanuatu Flag
- Lay the flag flat on a clean, dry surface with the hoist, featuring the black triangle and yellow-edged Y, positioned to your left.
- Fold the flag lengthwise in half so the black triangle and emblem remain visible and centred on top.
- Gently smooth out any creases or wrinkles to create a neat fold.
- Fold it in half again lengthwise, carefully aligning the edges to create a long, narrow strip with the yellow Y-shape still visible.
- Starting from the fly end, fold the flag into neat thirds or quarters depending on its size, bringing each section toward the hoist.
- Tuck in the final fold to create a compact rectangle, keeping the folds neat without straining the fabric.
- Store the folded flag in a dry, protected space, preferably inside a fabric bag or with acid-free tissue to help prevent discolouration or damage.

- Secure Installation: Fasten the flag securely to help prevent excessive movement that could place strain on the fabric.

Raising the Flag
