1. Cleaning:
   • Gentle Washing: Use a mild detergent to clean the flag and help maintain its colours and fabric integrity. Avoid bleach or strong chemicals that can damage the material.
   • Machine Washing: If machine washing is needed, place the flag inside a mesh laundry bag and use a gentle, cold water cycle to avoid harm.
   • Drying: Lay the flag flat or hang it to air dry naturally. Do not use a tumble dryer, as high temperatures can lead to shrinkage or material damage.
2. Storage:
   • Safe Storage: Make sure the flag is fully dry before storing to prevent mould or mildew growth. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its appearance.
3. Folding the Nigeria Flag:
   • Lay the flag flat on a clean, even surface, ensuring the green stripes are on each side and the white stripe is in the centre.
   • Fold the flag lengthwise, bringing the top and bottom edges together to form a long, narrow strip with the colours aligned.
   • Fold the flag in half again lengthwise, keeping the edges neatly aligned.
